Do Not Be Tricked by False Advertisements!
How many hair loss treatments are there on the market? How many of them are the real cures? Which ones are scams? A big number of people lose hair for different reasons and they are willing to pay any price to get the hair back. Unfortunately, there are a lot of companies that want this money, so they create “remedies” which are supposed to prevent baldness, but in fact, do not have any positive result on hair.
These manufacturers are everywhere and they do not stop in front of any obstacles. They put ads on TV, in magazines, and on radio. They bring their products to beauty salons and barbershops. The Internet is absolutely stuffed with products of this nature. So, how can a person avoid being tricked? What points should be looked at?
Some scams are very obvious. The manufacturers do not tell the truth about hair loss because their treatments do not fix the problem. Any person that knows the true reasons of hair loss can figure out if the product is scam or not. However, some companies would give explanations about androgenic alopecia, ringworm and other cases of hair loss, but their products do not stop the process, do not regrow hair or make it thicker. Their problem is lack of tests: only few hair loss treatments went through a great number of tests and were proven as good hair loss remedies.
The creators of HairLossScams.com have put together a list of top 10 hair loss scam slogans. If they will not help you figure out if a hair loss treatment is a scam or not, they will definitely make you laugh. Here they are:
1) Your follicles are blocked! It is interesting to find out what blocks them? Or maybe, what are they blocked from? Well, apparently, if people use a treatment with a slogan like this, their follicles will get unblocked and start producing new hair vigorously.
2) You have poor circulation! Baldness hits all kinds of people, even those with high blood pressure whose face is red from excessive blood flow, but hey… maybe the treatment will increase it even more and the hair will start regrowing.
3) Your follicles are malnourished! Yeah, and as soon as a person that suffers hair loss, increases the intake of vitamins and minerals, the hair will start growing intensely. Unfortunately, it is true that there are a lot of people who have wonderful hair even with a poor diet and there are bald people who have had healthy meals every day throughout their lives.
4) It’s not from the U.S.! Do other nations have better hair loss treatments than the United States? Poor Americans cannot create a good enough cure while the rest of the world has beaten this problem centuries ago!
5) It’s really old! If the ancient remedies really worked, why did people decide to create something new? And why don’t all people use these old ones to eliminate hair loss problem all over the world?
6) Award winning formula! It is really interesting what kind of awards do they give for stopping baldness or regrowing hair? Nobel Prize? Oscar?
7) Anonymous testimonial! There is no need in big tests: they cost money and might not turn out as the manufacturers want. It is easier to start selling a new treatment and wait for feedback. Even if there will be one positive out of a hundred negative reviews, stick this one to the package or on the ad and make it sound like this is the most qualified point of view.
8) Bugs! Bugs are eating your hair! In this case they mean mites called Demodex Follicularum. It is a true fact that mites live in all hair follicles all over the body. So why does hair on scalp get ruined by them while in other places it remains untouched?
9) Hypnotize yourself! This one has already been forbidden by the FDA, but some companies might still try it. Unfortunately, a person might be under the influence of hair loss cure ads for a while, but after some time this “hypnosis” wears out, and it becomes clear that hair did not regrow anyway.
10) True lies. The manufacturers might tell a lot of interesting stories. Some of them might be true. But it is better to watch out to the very end, because the lies might be hidden deeply under these layers of truth.
